All characters within this franchise are designed and inspired by everyday people, by no means are characters based solely on anyone person, nor are they directed to or at anyone person. PalWars™ is a fictional story turned franchise and once again we can only apologize for any likeness or similarities that may be found within this website or within any of the novels.
Create Your Own Character Policy:
If you decide to use the feature on the website which allows creation of a custom character and we like your idea, we will contact you about the possibility of using it. We would like to offer the fans, viewers and readers the chance to interact with the sequel novels by creating your own character. If chosen it will be put forth for a character in the next novel, we will email you an official PalWars™ request form, for the right to use you’re idea which you must either print off and sign, or use the contact information to request a postal form. If you are successful in being chosen for your idea, we will keep you updated with your characters process, which is why we ask for contact information when filling out character designs.
Merchandise Policy:
All merchandise on this website is owned by PalWars™, and should by no means be mimicked, stolen or forged. All merchandise from PalWars™ will display an official logo. By no means should anyone try to buy PalWars™ merchandise that exists outside of this site, without checking with the owner to see if the source is legitimate before purchasing. Any questions you may have concerning merchandise put forth to the owner, details found within contact page.
Age restrictions:
Because as we understand, those under the ages of 16 can and often fill out a false representation of their age, we have no site restrictions or restrictions to accessing for younger viewers. We do however display a disclaimer informing people of the nature of this website. PalWars™ is not responsible for younger viewers seeing beyond our displayed disclaimer warning of our content. Ignorance is not an excuse, we do our best at PalWars™ to make sure of our policy, to avoid offending or causing any unwanted distress. We aim to provide a good service, thus displaying policies.
